A few weeks ago, I sold my house in Mount Pleasant and moved my furniture to Burlington. These guys did an awesome job! I appreciate their keeping in contact with me and doing a fantastic job of getting everything moved over in a timely manner and taking care of my furniture, as though what were their own. Great job!

They moved me into my new apartment in Burlington. The two gentleman arrived early, which I appreciated. They were courteous and got the move done efficiently. I highly recommend.

Our movers were so awesome. Despite having to carry extremely heavy things down 19 stairs (sorry again fellas) they were upbeat and friendly the entire time. They were patient with us when we had something not completely ready to go, and made a rough experience a lot better. The price was great, and they were very careful.

We had a small but challenging job and we couldn't have been happier with Iowa Furniture Movers in Burlington! An appliance company sold and delivered a new refrigerator to our house but they couldn't figure out how to get it up the 25 steps to our second story apartment. A call to Judy in the morning and two movers came later that afternoon. Zip up it went--no damage to our beautiful historic staircase! Everyone was pleasant and professional. Thanks Iowa Furniture Movers and to Judy for making this happen!

Owner is great to do business with. I bought a couch, had it delivered, but it didn’t fit up my stairs. She let me exchange it for something smaller, and had it delivered to my living room within 15 minutes. Delivery guys were amazing. It was so hot and humid, but they didn’t complain about having to take the couch back and bring me a beautiful loveseat instead. Excellent customer service from her whole crew

I have used these movers in the past and they were great! That's why I have continued to use them. Unfortunately this past move in March 2021 was a nightmare. Items were lost, although I will say a couple were found and returned, MANY items were left in plain sight in the house and that's how they left it, even after 2 trips fir them, and we ended up with 3 car loads we had to move ourselves. The only reason I gave them a 3 is because I know they can do better. In the past it would have been a 5.

So they have no mask regulations, which isn't a bad thing. They also have very interesting stuff, it's a retro type of store. I really wanted this tiny red coco cola table for our kitchen, it's a very small spaced kitchen and I thought it fit it well. However they really thought I was about to spend over $699 not including chairs! Their pricing is sky high. Which really sucks because Burlington isn't very keen on affordable furniture stores. I really thought this place could be affordable and different. If your Ritz and can spend that much I'd recommend. Just know you'll be breaking the bank purchasing one table.

Just purchased a mattress from them. Great service as always. Have purchased a few things in the past and all has been real good. They know their furniture. Shop local and stay away from big business. Cannot go wrong with these people.

Loved our experience here! We purchased a sectional here about a year and a half ago. It still looks fantastic. The staff were so helpful and the delivery/set up was included. Will definitely return should we need any new furniture!
