A shout out and thank you to Cole Belzer, for the recent floor buying experience, from start to finish. The installers took the small project to the finish line and they did a great job, as well! Fantastic customer service! Staff was incredibly helpful in adjusting their schedule to match ours to get measurements and quote drawn up within a couple of days. Our carpet arrived early and they were able to adjust the installation time to get us taken care of over a week before the initial installation date.

Employees were very helpful and answered all our questions. Chose carpet not in stock so we were prepared to wait. The carpet came in early so the store called and moved up our install date by a week and a half! The installers did a fantastic job! A+

Went to see Kristina Robinson at the Burlington store. Lots to choose from. I felt she knew her products and we picked out one that would be perfect for our needs. Came within a week. Installers were fast, professional, did a great job!
