We have just had Best Move Inc move our household goods from Burlington, IA to a location in the west suburbs of Chicago. This is the second time we have hired them for a move, the first occurring in 2002. They are friendly, efficient, careful and professional in their work. Further, their pricing is very fair and much less when compared to larger regional and national carriers. When you need help with your move, call Joe.

Worst moving experience of my entire life!
Roughly 6 years ago to the day, this OWNER & crew, were supposed to move us from Fort Madison to Maquoketa and guess what…
When I called the OWNER, after he was late the morning of our move…he answered the phone drunk, and said he scheduled 2 moves for the same day??.
The OWNER left my wife and I high and dry to move ourselves!?
I have the documented phone conversation, the day and the time and the texts…we subsequently had to scramble, drive to Fairfield to pickup a U-Haul truck and do it ourselves!!!?
I wouldn’t trust the OWNER.
Also, when finally answered the morning of the move ; He yelled at me and my wife!?
It was his scheduling conflict and he took the bigger job with more money…
We were just two educators trying to move, and this guy screwed us over and I won’t ever forget it!?

Such a fantastic company the best movers I could've as for very professional handled my items with care the boss and the workers were amazing and there really quick on there feet they cleared my home quickly so thank you best movers Inc your always a have a client I would truly recommend these guys they name already speaks volumes

Very Impressed with the complete process from beginning to end. The owner Joe called me back immediately and kept in touch until moving day. He and his crew were the best and did a great job and price was very reasonable! Would highly recommend! If we need any additional moving services they will be our only choice!
