“Have only always had excellent experience with this bank. Originally opened an account here as I was dissatisfied with the other banks I've had accounts with in the past and I was not disappointed. All the staff I've dealt with here have been friendly and helpful. I agree there's a lot of questions at the ATM, but I feel that helps keep my $$ safer. I do wish there was a tiny awning for the ATM so that the screen wasn't so hard to read during the sunny days, but other than that I have had quick, smooth, courteous and friendly staff each time I've gone here. I like knowing I have an on-ground bank because sometimes digital banking alone just doesn't cut it.”

“The one-star reviews for this bank are 2 years ago, I'm assuming they've improved. My husband and I don't have any customer service problems with them. We opened accounts for both our boys here. We have checking, savings and got a car loan here. Some tellers may still be learning the job, but come on, that's the way it is everywhere. High turnover and low pay = inexperienced employees. My doggie loves going to the drive thru because they always give her a treat!”

“Love this bank. If they see a charge on my account that has never been there before they call me right away. If something pulls from my account and I forget about it and there isn't enough they will call me before the payment gets returned to cover the additional amount owed. They also call every couple weeks to see if I have any questions. Great bank”

“As far as financial dealings, I’ve always had a good experience with this credit union. Their covid policies are very specific. They only allow specific types of masks and they limit the amount of change that can be counted. Also the change cannot be in a personal container, must be in a plastic bag. They said quart sized bag. Make sure you call before you drive there to find out everything you need to know so you don’t end up making three different trips and still not have all of your banking completed.”
