Worst customer service I fill up here today 91 gallons in truck I went inside to get cash advance they guy said I need to pay 9 dollars I try to explain him there own policy with getting fuel over 60 gallons waive off 9 dollars fee but he denied me say it not true I show there policy he didn’t even take a look I requested for manger no one is there he called someone and said that his manager he totally lied to him he didn’t tell him I fueled up and getting cash advance he told him i just cashing check then I ask to speak to him over then phone he denied and said he can’t served me asked for manger’s phone he didn’t say a word They didn’t care about truckers even it’s appreciation week they rude as hell we spend thousands of dollar on fuel at TA this what we get they didn’t even know there policy . I called corporate office right away told them everything that happened here .

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I'm standing in line, just waiting. I never said a word, my turn, the old blonde lady just walks off, didn't say a word, just walks off like I'm invisible. When I ask is she going to ring up my purchase, for didn't even acknowledge I exist. The other lady who was busy stopped what she doing and ring my up, apologizing for her coworker. Unacceptable. Employees with this attitude should not last long. Will not be back. I travel this route weekly, never again will I stop at this unappreciative location. Many other places nearby that appreciate your patronage. Do yourself a favor and go there.

Food is old as dirt. Hunts brother’s pizza is good when it’s fresh but at this location. Always tastes like it’s been sitting there. Hard as a rock slice. I get some folks are lazy and stuff but at least keep the food fresh. Never mess with people’s food ever. Get it together.

it doesn't matter when you come here in the morning or at night, it's always dirty and the toilet stinks all the time, if you have cleaners at all, I don't know what you pay them for

Ate at the country pride restaurant after we showered, I don't know why this younger generation doesn't seem to really care about service. At least the gal we had didn't to much to list but bottom line is if you don't want to wait on someone then don't expect a decent tip. Pay attention.

not the biggest TA, and maybe getting a little long in the tooth (altho the lot surface looks fairly new).. but beautiful, peaceful setting in the middle of farmland. SOO much better than parking in garbagey piss-smelly Bordenton NJ or somewhere like that..

There was no soap or shampoo in the shower, there were only 2 towels, it was wet everywhere, at the checkout they charged 2 times for a shower, they explained that there was a glitch in the system, there were only 4 showers in stock, it was a very long wait in line. I couldn’t wash myself, I couldn’t return the points for the shower

I mentioned to the lady behind the counter around 7pm this evening that there was feces on the toilet seat and the floor in front of the toilet. She told me she'd let the porter know. I go back in there around 10:20pm this evening and it's still there which tells me the restrooms haven't been cleaned in at least 3.5 hours! Guess I won't be stopping here again and thankfully I didn't have to pay for parking! Sorry for the photo but it's not something they should have missed had they been in there to clean in over 3 hours!!!
