“I came in to empty shelves of 1 liter Pepsi's. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they had any in back and he happily went back there and grabbed me one. I was there to pick up my apparently free box top Pizza that I was nicely surprised with when I ordered. I took the order with my husband and went to the park to eat it, the pizza with thin crust and square, not what I ordered. I called Casey's and spoke with Troy the gentleman who helped me with the pepsi and my pizza. He apologized that it was his fault and offered to remake my pizza immediately. I headed back to the store to pick up the pizza and my husband went in and Troy handed him a coupon and apologized again. Although they did not get our order right initially, they made it right immediately. I was impressed with his customer service and think that you have found a good employee in Troy. My husband feels he would make a fine manager if he's not one already.”
