Had them deliver a roll off told them specifically where to put it on the driveway and they put it in my yard and rutted up the grass so now I have a $100 worth of dirt and grass seed to fix, common sense is gone their days. Thanks Walter's appreciate that.

I've had them for a little over 2 years now and haven't had an issue. Recently i had my garbage can taken by someone who decided they needed it more than myself. I called and the person who answered the phone was understanding and did bring up there were kids out terrorizing during xmas break and did suggest i looked for it nearby but if unable to locate it then they would bring a new one. True to their word i couldn't locate it but they brought a new ine the next trash day.The only nit picking complaint i could have is i wish they could've brought it before trash pick up so i didnt go a week without trash pickup, but it still worked out just fine

They will you and your dog being out as a reason for them not picking up. We had our dog our one time (because we didn’t know when they were going to pick up) after they had already not picked up on the first week of service. They were not consistent at first (gave them time to adjust to having us on their route since we are outside city limits.) They came anywhere between 9a and 2p in our “neighborhood”. So no consistency and had to keep my dog in all day on garbage days. We didn’t have a problem for a while. Then our week fell on the week of Thanksgiving (our pick up day was Wednesday.) I saw them come on to our road at 9:10a and my husband saw them around 2p. They never came and picked up our trash. I called and asked and they said my dog was out. I will admit that I blew up at the rude gal on the phone. I couldn’t believe they tried using “your dog was out” when that loud barking thing was annoying me all day. There were several others that I saw hadn’t had their trash picked up. What the heck are you doing for 5 hours if you’re not picking up trash?! I cancelled my service and picked up a couple burn barrels since they’re the only ones to pick up in our area. If you have a choice, do NOT go with Walter’s.

Understandably, pickup dates have been missed due to weather. However, when I called after several times of them not picking up to understand if they would come another day of the week or offer a refund I was responded to with rudeness, defensiveness and sarcasm. Within 30 mins of the call they had sent a truck out to remove my service completely. Ironic that they had time remove my service but not time to come get my trash. Management there has no clue on how to treat customers.

Incredibly rude woman call from this business demanding I make an instant payment. I tried to explain to her that I do not have their service. She talked over me and told me if I didn't pay, my service would be cut off. I was baffled.She hung up on me. So first I want to say, what kind of terrible person starts harassing people 2 days before Christmas and making threats, and second, if she would have stopped for 30 seconds, I could have sorted this out with her.Before coming here and leaving a review, I read the other reviews. Clearly there is a rude, unbalanced woman working at this business. Maybe she is family. I cannot think of any other reason WHY she would still be working there after her hateful behavior.

In all my business dealings, I’ve never had to deal with a more rude or unprofessional person than the lady answering the phone (I think someone told me her name is Beth. If someone like that were running my phones I would have fired them immediately). My driver consistently refused pickup on our home AND at a separate business for every reason under the sun. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I had to call and deal with her. She’s either part of the family or management is not smart enough to hire someone with professional customer service. I hope whomever is reading this knows that people like that are poison to a business and it greatly hurts their reputation or will force them to close entirely. I would have much preferred to spend my money locally, but had to use Waste Mgmt instead.Service: Dumpster rental

First of all whoever answers the phone regularly is rude. She always has an attitude and seems to lack customer service. My majority of my neighbors do not have trash cans and place their trash on the curb for pick up. They do not have recycling so I placed boxes in on bin and my trash wasn't picked up a week prior, so with Spring cleaning there was an additional bin and some boxes along with a trash bag of old things we no longer needed. Previously, I haven't had an issue, but last week I guess someone peed in the driver's cherrios as he decided to leave anything that wasn't in a trash bin. I called and the rude lady who answers said she would call him and call me back. She never called me back. I called them back and a really nice lady answered the phone, unfortunately she handed me over to the rude lady. She then proceeded to tell me that she did talk to the driver and he said there would be an extra charge of $15. First off why didn't he just come up to my door to tell me or leave a note. Secondly, why didn't you call me back after you supposedly spoke to him like you said you would? Instead of arguing back and forth like she seemed to want to do, I just ended service and she said they'd be by to pick up the bins. They sat out there a full week and he didn't pick them up until today. And he still left the bin that was too large to fit into the trash can, and they auto paid through my account for service!
