Just an oil change was quoted more than "The works" with tire rotation. At around 90+ with tax, that's crazy. It used to be reasonable here, I guess there's a reason an oil change and price are not shown on their prices. Doesn't seem like honest business practices, and there are enough other places around.

After rebuilding the front end of my truck, I brought it here for a final alignment. Up front pricing. And is sitting area to wait for it while they worked. They even had a coffee machine with a hot water dispenser and apple cider packets!

Wonderful service , I was given 40 minutes for a wait time before my car could even be seen . but I was out in about 40 minutes after dropping off my car so it was very fast and convenient! Very friendly and reasonably priced !

Great place, brought in rims and had them switch current tires to them and balance them, it took a little longer than expected but they had an issue with the tire sensors so no fault of theirs! Price was decent.

I sent my car in to get new tires. I went as soon as they opened. They asked me when I wanted it, and I replied before the blizzard that day. They said no problem. At 3, I had to call them ask what was happening. They still weren't done. I didn't get it back until the next day at noon, when the blizzard was still going. When I tried to pay they told me to go to the other area, cause they would have it. The other area did not have it, and told me to go back where I was in the first place. When I asked why it took my car so long the guy could not give me an answer himself. No communication was happening, and took forever.Services: Tires

My go-to place for oil changes with my Ford vehicles. I was fed up with the half day wait times at Dewey in Ankeny, bad service at the dealer in Indianola, and long wait times at the Waukee Ford dealer. This place is the fastest dealer lube service in Central Iowa. Glad to support this location.

I went to quick lane auto service about 2 months ago to get an alignment done because I had a violent shake to my front end at highway speeds. After this there was no change to the drive of my truck. A couple weeks later I went to replace my lower control arms and let me tell you, my alignment bolts DID NOT BUDGE. I ended up cutting them out and replacing them. I went back to Quick Lane auto service to get the alignment that I payed for and they were unwilling to provide that. So I’ll be taking me business elsewhere!Service: Wheel alignment
