Outstanding customer care and purchasing experience. The team treated me like family with extremely competitive prices and easy communication. I purchased my first F-150 from Moffitt's Ford in 2010 and my second F-150 from Moffitt's Ford in 2024. I will drive across the country to purchase here.

Overall, we have been pleased with Moffitt's. The Quick Lane unit has been consistently good. The regular garage has been mostly good , up until the latest visit, which was a repair under warranty. I assume the repair was done well - I have to assume because I wasn't told what was repaired (despite asking more than once). The truck is running well so far after the repair. The most helpful improvement would be much better communication.

My dad got a car from this dealership a little while ago. We were all excited as he hasn't gotten a new car in a decade or more. However, since then we've had to take his car into the shop nearly every week. It has gotten to the point where we have found the car needs a new motor. We feel cheated and will recommend that no one else trusts this location.
