Dan and the workers there at Boone Hardware have always been very helpful and friendly! They don't just tell you where an item is, they will take you there and show you or help you find the part you need. Excellent store in my opinion!

Nice store. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The other employees on the other hand are rude and after telling me they dont have what I'm looking for, two of them stalked me around the place before they stood in the corner and mad remarks. After finding what I had needed on my own they made me stand at the checkstand for 2 or 3 minutes before reluctantly checking me out.

Went to mail package. People at that desk were very nice. However, the owner of the store was not at all friendly and I will not be back unless I have to. He never said a word when I asked if they carried something..just walked away expecting me to follow. Pointed to items. I said thank you...no reply. Did purchase it but when got to front it was more than the shelf tag amount. No apologies, just "in wrong place".

Absolutely appalled with customer service and or education. The employees seemed less than knowledgeable. Offered 0 assistance...then when i found what i was looking for..myself..he threw his arms up like who would have guessed...i was pretty upset with the entire experience and couldnt wait to get out of there.

Exactly what you expect in a small town hardware store...experienced customer service, extensive inventory, and reasonable prices. If they don't have what you need, chances are that you don't need it!

The three employees were super helpful. I had paint , matched, mixed and keys cut. They took time to ask if I needed help, were responsive to other customers and very kind.
