“I came in for an inspection on my tie rod and they said I needed a new one but didn’t have the part of on hand and told me to come back tomorrow once they get one in. I came back and they didn’t have the part and Frank had one of his team members go out to a different auto shop so they could get it done that same day. There was a little mix up in getting the part but nonetheless, Frank and the team worked diligently to get it there. Frank was the absolute best and asked if there was anything else I needed done while I was there so I got new wiper blades installed and new cabin and air filters installed. Frank worked tirelessly to make sure I was all set to go and was very apologetic that the part wasn’t there when I got there and I had to stay a little while longer than I was supposed to (2.5 hours compared to 1 or less). Frank earned my service for a very long time and I cannot thank him enough for what he did. Frank didn’t overcharge on anything and cut me some deals because of the time I spent there. “15/10 Better than the place I may or may not work at. Great staff, beautiful custom work. The staff is willing to help and not going to make you feel like you don’t know anything. The custom work, I haven’t seen this kind of passion in a hot minute. Not surprised that it’s coming from a Veteran owned shop.
-If you’re a first time buyer this is a great place.
-Ladies they have CCW purses that I might even wear.
