The smell was horrid when we picked up our girl and it was not clean. To make it worse, they were in another building and all the lights were off. We waited until my husband finally started calling. I see why they don't like to stay in that building from the smell. Not only that our girl had number 2 dried in her fur. Just.awful, our poor.girl was so traumatized

Been a customer for 6yrs but I will not be trusting my dogs to their care ever again. My last time boarding there were weeds overgrown everywhere, a terrible stench in the air and the building infested with biting flies. When I picked up my dogs all 3 had feces smeared on their legs so I know they weren't let out properly, they were covered in bites from the flies and while I can't prove it I highly suspect my male dog was hit. What I thought was a large bite at first glance was actually an even larger bruise once I gave him a bath and could see through his fur and his ribs were tender. During the pickup my dogs were released from the kennel and let run free to the lobby ??♂️. There is normally a cat in the lobby that my dogs could have hurt, there could have been other dogs etc. Just extremely unsafe. I can't believe how far this place has fell and now to read that someone's dog died in their care around the same time. I'm so happy I left my heat sensitive dog with family that trip. Do not board here under the current ownership.

Gross, I have boarded the dogs there previously and loved it. We boarded two dogs the end of August when I picked them up the place was disgusting and the groomer was slurring her words and excessively repeating herself. I will never go back.

WOW- had an appointment to drop off my pet today & noone there ! Waited 1/2 hour, kept calling, nothing. Looked in window saw 7 black trash bags full on floor, window was open & stink blowing out. Walked toward kennels in back & saw about 10 cat litter pails oin 1, weeds growing out front and back. Saw 1 dog out in kennel & heard others barking from inside. This is not the same as when I used to board my pet & definitly wouldn't have left her there if someone would have showed up !!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET HERE !!!

Do not take your dog here for boarding or to get groomed. Staff/ owner are rude and to add on top of that I just saw they neglected a dog while in their care. My dog would pull back and urinate when I took him for grooming. Changed places and he loves it.

We boarded our dogs here a year ago and had no issues. HOWEVER, that is not the case this year. One of our dogs was brought out with her lead wrapped around her neck and she kept barking at the girls (not normal behavior for her) they said she chewed her harness that we brought her there with and it has poop on it, but here are her tags. They asked what leash was ours for our other pup, apparently they don't keep our dogs things together. Our other pup was brought out and she also chewed up her harness as they didn't have it for us. Both dogs reeked of excrement and had some on them. Seriously, do they not clean out the kennels?? I had to ask for their food container. Took a bit to find it. I had to ask for their food scoop, they went back to find it and found our order dogs bag of food too. I didn't bother to ask for the toy we left with them. Our dogs slept all the way home (that has never happened before). Our dogs stunk so bad we had to give them a bath before I'd let them in our house. They were so exhausted. Took them a few days to recover. Oh, we had to go back for our pups dog tags, I was too flustered to remember to ask for them, and they were too unorganized to give them to us. Will never use them again.

Very rude the owner could care less. They claim they don’t have cameras when you question the care of your pets.

They let my dog die while their care. Instead of calling me when they noticed she was having health issues (she was 5 and healthy) they sprayed her with a hose and left her to die, and she did. They could have called me and told me the evening before when she had issues and I could have had her to the emergency vet getting fluids and finding out what was wrong. Nope they sprayed her with a hose and put her in a cage and let her suffer and die ALL night long. Then they didnt call me for 2.5 hours after they found her dead the next morning. They tried to tell me she was only outside for 10 mins in the heat (it’s not shaded at all). But I don’t believe that for a second considering they let my children’s beloved dog suffer all night and waited for her to die before ever trying to reach me!

We've boarded our dogs at Bison Ridge for over 15 years. Because we've had different dogs over the years we've had 4 dogs use their services and all have loved it. The 2 dogs who had been there most would get really excited when we turned into their driveway and would run to the door to get in. Our newest dog is very young and very shy. On her first trip she was apprehensive but on her second trip was very happy to go. The staff are friendly and treat the dogs warmly and adjust well to the dogs individual personality. One of our dogs had to stay there for a month because I was hospitalized and she did great. I always trust them with my 4-legged loved-ones!

If I could give no stars I would. I checked on our 2 pups mid week of our vacation and was told the lab was doing better than expected. Not sure what that meant but was told both were just fine. Picked them up and they were so excited. The inside of building smelled something awful. I noticed the little white dogs shirt was covered with lint and he was a bit dirty. But with his excitement to see us I didn't really notice everything else until we got in the car and down the road a mile or so. I looked over at him and noticed he had p*** on his tail and then noticed he had p*** on more than just his tail. Got them home and they immediately needed to get outside. They both needed to p*** and pee so badly. The little 12 pound dog drank about 4 cups of water and the lab at least 12 cups. Brought them in and inspected the little. His entire body had p*** and his whole belly was yellow like he had been lying in pee and p**** Gave him a bath but will need to take to a groomer for deep cleansing. Inspected the lab and her belly was covered in p*** and pee. The labor is also on seizure meds. I counted the pills only to find out she was not given 7 doses. If she misses 1 or 2, she will have a seizure. I feel that she did have one due to her appearance and eyes. I also do not feel they were fed properly. We were gone 12 days and the labs food was in a 5 gallon bucket. Half of it came home with us. I sent the Purina individual packets for the little and way more than he would have eaten. Only 2 packages came home.I recommend everyone to stay away from here!!! We now have to hope the 13 year old lab recovers and will take both to our groomer for some pampering.

Seemed to take good care of my dog. They seemed like nice people. The groomer was sick, he didn't get groomed. He came back smelling like a dog. He never smells like a dog.
