A nice small town gym. Open 24 hours with great trainers! They keep me motivated and encouraged! A decent selection of group ex classes makes me want to go daily!

This gym is perfect for what I need - cardio, weights and classes all together in one! The "hometown" feel is nice and I don't feel intimidated when I walk in. I love the variety of classes and their equipment selection is GREAT!
