Honestly could not have asked for a better experience! I felt so comfortable leaving my dogs with Terrilee. She was so kind and was so good with my dogs. She loved on them and really made me feel so much better about having to leave them. I will definitely be taking my dogs here again!!

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thorough service, excellent communication, obvious dog lover, and an amazing grooming job. I took in a dog who was in dire need of grooming, and when Lucy came out, she looked so happy, smelled great, and was perfectly coiffed. We will be back!!

Bed, Bath, and Biscuit ALWAYS has a wait list, which is usually a good indicator that a place is special. The wait to get on the schedule was definitely worthwhile for our dogs!They are always excited when they arrive and can't wait to see the new and old friends waiting to greet them!The people are always great, friendly, and accommodating. The dogs get groomed and some play time in a great environment.It is great to know that our dogs can board at BBB if necessary when we go on a trip where we can't take them with us.I've had good luck with groomers and dog care people. The BBB folks are special!

Terrie—- oh we can’t say that day in our house on good terms !! Our rat terrier will go crazy he will put his ears up and bark and wine until we leave !! He absolutely loves him some terrie ❤️❤️ And we can see it in his face and his reactions !! Thank u terrie for being such a trustworthy person !

Terri is the best in the area and she really cares for all her clients. My mom's miniature poodle wouldn't let anyone cut her hair and it only got worse when trying to cut her nails. Terri took on the challenge and found a way to get it done, saving my fingers in the process.
