I ordered front seatbelts for my 2013 Buick Lacrosse, they were packed neatly....fast shipping and the seatbelts was in good shape, the exact color I needed just a little dirty but fitted my car perfectly. If I need any other parts I will certainly get it from Spilman Auto parts Thanks so much you guys!!!

I reached out to Spilman regarding a part from a vehicle that they listed as having. They gave me the most generic response and treated me as if they wanted nothing to do with me or my parts request. It surprises me that a company in the business of selling parts is unwilling to sell parts. They're likely a "We'll only sell what makes us large amounts of money, not what you need" junkyard and although I understand their position, buyer beware.

Very disappointed in spilmans. We have to drive about an hour to get there. We always call ahead of time to see if you have the part we need. So in this last 3 weeks we did that and we called there twice for the part and they told us they had it. So we went there. And after we get there and tell them the part we need. And they told us they didn't have it. This last time my husband sat there for 2 hours waiting for the part to get off. Comes to find out they don't have it. Not very happy. Lost our business.
