**Just spoke with Rich from Piper Auto. He stated that he will be looking into out case and seeing what he can do for us.**
This company has been a joke and pain to work with. I highly recommend taking your money a business elsewhere because if you request a refund for the 90day warranty they dick you around and tell you no and stop responding all together.
If I could go back and stop myself from doing business with them I would.

Unprofessional. They'll tell you parts are ready when they aren't. Drove 2 hours to get a part and they don't have it ready after they scheduled a pickup time. They have a lack of communication amongst themselves and fail to communicate to customers. Prices are very fair. Management is very poor.

I highly recommend working with Pipers Auto Salvage they are always eager to look into what you are looking for and genuine in the way they carry themselves. Have been doing business with them for years, and will continue to do so. This is coming from a used car shop and full service shop in the local area.

Texted them to order my part, paid online, texted I was on my way, picked up no problem. Easiest way to go. They have everything for my Traverse if I need anything else, she said glass, wheels, engines, transmissions ect.
