    Live here for a few years now its a horrible place to live way to many rules and they have some creative accounting and they raise your rent just cause they feel like it my rent was 195 now its 310 in a short time don't even deserve one star

Located in Bloomfield, Iowa, Lakeside Estates is a wonderful community with so much to offer. Take advantage of having great schools, a swimming pool, grocery stores, Jaguar Trail, Wapello County Conservation, Lake Fisher Park, the McGowen Recreation and Wildlife Area and the Davis County Fairgrounds all within minutes! The Davis County Fair is held in July every year at the fairgrounds, and the week-long Davis County Country & Old Time Music Festival is held every September.
