My family and I drove to New Sharon, an 1 1/2 hours away from home and broke down . My insurance (Road side assistance) could not help what so ever so I had to leave my car there. I called Kirby Wrecker Saturday morning, Josh had no hesitation in helping me get my car to Vaughns in Ottumwa! One of the Best services I’ve ever had!

They lost the keys to my truck when they towed it. When I called and asked where they were, they said that they never even took them out of the ignition, and told me to look on the floor boards. Why didn't I think of that before I called....?

I live in Des Moines but was in Otumwa heading back home from Bloomfield. I had two of my kids with me and we somehow got a flat tire. There weren't any tire shops open as it was a Friday evening and I don't know anyone that lives down there that could help. I was slightly panicking until my dad knew someone that knew Josh and he was on his way! He got there quick and got us on the road even quicker. He was super nice and was able to get my tire plugged and holding air and we made it back home to Des Moines safely. So thankful that he was able to come help since I was an hour and a half away from home! Definitely recommend to anyone who needs them in southern Iowa.Service: Tire change

Best Customer Service!!! I only had a minor stuck in the mud issue but was a freezing cold day and this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. The gentlemen exuded every quality you’d want in a service provider. Just that small interaction with him turned my day around. Even if he hadn’t been able to help, the review would been the same.

I broke down at a gas station and had a ride on it's way, so was not an emergency for me. However, I'm fairly certain I happened to call for a tow while they were in route to a bad accident, but I had no idea by the customer service I received. Great local service!

We found ourselves stuck in the mud with a 5th wheel attached. We were in a remote location, and not only was Mr. Kirby prompt, but was very friendly, professional and reasonable in price. That was a very stressful night that only seemed to get worse until he helped us out. You are appreciated!

Very thankful for coming to my rescue with a flat tire over an hour from home. My roadside assistance was having trouble finding someone at 2am around my location but Josh came even though I was outside his service area. I was able to finish my delivery route and get home safely. Thanks again!

This was one of the only towing companies that I have used that was courteous and professional. The driver made sure to come to my door after he was done and greeted me before the tow.
