Terrible. They forgot to give me a whole rack of meat, had to drive from Ottumwa back to Bloomfield and they never called when they discovered it. Haven't eaten any yet ,but I have never seen a worse looking T-bone ever. The entire back side is gone ! Plus there is a huge chunk of fat on the front side at least three inches wide .
