“Tradition - when I visit family in southeast Iowa each year I enjoy taking a drive through Davis County to visit the Amish shops. The atmosphere of the Amish people driving horse and buggy, boys in suspenders and straw hats while girls wear their bonnets and traditional dresses, the courtesy the men show, clothing hanging on the clothesline, bare feet, fresh produce - I love it. We stopped by the grocery store to pick up baking supplies for cornbread, rhubarb jam, and butternut squash. Most products sold in the store are packed in bulk. It is such a wonderful experience to be amongst the Amish. Please be respectful.”

“Brothers Market is a clean, well-managed hometown grocery store. Prices on some things can be high, but I am willing to pay for the convenience and not have to drive farther away to deal with Walmart or large grocery stores & crowds. The sale items and/or Brothers Market app coupon deals make up for a lot of the price difference on the total bill. A & E Milk is priced lower than Walmarts around. The employees are friendly and helpful. They even still carry out and load your groceries in your vehicle for you. Love that old fashioned customer service!”
“Have a lot of markeddown items it's very good prices. Has meat and dairy and very reasonable prices. Not near the selection that there was before the COVID.”
