“RT Auto had great customer service as well as quality vehicle servicing. I've had tires replaced, rotated, aligned and oil changed. When I had to have tires replaced on my van and also asked them about alignment on my other vehicle, they honored their promotional special that I didn't even realize they had going-- free alignment with purchase of 2 tires. Even though the tire purchase and alignment were for 2 separate vehicles. When I had a flat repaired recently, They put my spare, jack, and tire iron back in place neatly. When my vehicle is done, they send a text to notify me and accept payment online. Very friendly staff and honest, quality service.”
