I contacted Rabe because a family member raved about them. I did not have a similar experience.I asked for an estimate to remove an old wood burning heater and then cap and seal the chimney (in a garage). They never came by. I called again, they were going to be in Vinton and could probably come by to check it out. Never heard from them. A few months later, I called and left a message. Nothing. I tried one more time and left a message as the person (not using the name on purpose) in charge of scheduling these types of appointments is always out, probably installing a fireplace.I removed the wood burner myself, it wasn't difficult. Now I need to get a cap on it to stop the rain from coming in. Needless to say, I will not patronize this business after this experience. Apparently, not returning phone calls is the norm around here; some other businesses I have contacted have done the same. Glad they have enough business.

If you have any questions about Solar power these are the people to talk to. Jake did a great job explaining to our Bethany Lutheran Church and to me personally. It works as promised and looks great. Very professional installation. we are very happy.

Did a warranty repair on my solar without telling me there'd be any charge. Filed a court claim when I refused to pay it and are now having my wages garnished. Be careful when having them do any work for you that should be free.

Rabe is the absolute best! They have been there every single time I was in the jam - whether it was the dead of winter or the heat of summer. I trust them with all of my heating and cooling needs! They really do care about their customers and every technician they send to my home is the epitome of a professional.

Rabe did an amazing job repairing our furnace. We were recommended to them through a different contractor that a bit further away and couldn't make it out to us in a timely manor. I called Rabe on Monday morning for my furnace that went out Saturday night. They were able to get me in at 8am on Tuesday. Chaz, the repair tech, showed up just before 8 and got to work. Knowledgeable and friendly, he was able to determine the issue within minutes. Turns out our ignitor went out. Chaz had one on the service van and had it replaced quickly. The process was painless and was completed in roughly 45 minutes from start to finish. I can't recommend them enough to anybody in Benton Co and I will definitely be using them in the future with any other issues ,or when our 31 year old furnace inevitably kicks the bucket. Thank you again Rabe!

Had an excellent experience with these guys! They came in and replaced a part in my fireplace. They went above and beyond to make sure they left their area cleaner than when they came in. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

First time trying to use this company, had an appointment for 10/23/2023 set arrival time between 10am and 12:30pm, no call no show, replied to text confirmation and received call and text about 30 mins later from Rabe, stating they did not know tech was behind and the tech could be there later that afternoon or I could reschedule, but at 12:30 with nothing from them, I got a hold of another company and scheduled an appointment with different company and informed them of this. For me, as a new customer, Rabe hardware should have put in better effort. Apparently, they either don't care or have too many clients, and potential new customers aren't needed, had they let me know they were late before hand I might have continued with them.

We had been discussing solar for a couple of years.When we finally got serious and started researching companies, Rabe stood out. Jake not only answered all our questions, he took the time to really explain how solar works. The process went very smooth, and quite frankly, exactly as he said it would. Our panels were up and running without a single hitch. We have already recommended him to others.
