Top quality customer service. I came from a small town, small bank, where being personal was the norm. I didn't expect that from a big bank, but the staff here makes banking a great experience.

Worst Bank in the world!!!

I had a critical banking need to take care of. It was something that Wells Fargo requires an appointment for. I was told that they are "booked up" and the woman suggested that I make an appointment for next week. I'm a senior and unable to drive so coordinating transportation and Wells Fargo is tricky. Wells Fargo does not accommodate the customer, the customer has to accommodate Wells Fargo. Thankfully, I found a different bank and was told that I was welcome to do it as a walk-in.

Apparently they close whenever they want, 4 pm on a Monday. Have ridiculous checking fees. No frills like free money orders or checks. Online app could be better.

Whoever is in charge of this “bank” should be ashamed at how poorly ran and how difficult it is to even have an account open. I’ve been a customer for 5 years since I opened my first bank account and I haven’t been able to login to my account since the first week of opening it. I’ve made multiple attempts to fix this and have even gotten face to face help from employees but every time I try to fix it it tells me that I’ve tried too many times and that I cannot change it. I haven’t been able to access my account online since 2016

After reading the reviews I honestly wasn’t expecting much. The second I walked to the door for my appointment I noticed there was an elderly man in front of me waiting to be let in. He was clearly confused about a number of things. Long story short you could tell the guy was going to be a handful. When the teller asked if he had an appointment I instantly thought two things to myself:1. No way this guy has an appointment, he doesn’t even know where he is.2. There’s even less of a chance this lady is letting him in the bank right now.I was only half right, or wrong, depending on how you view the glass, and have never been more impressed in my life. Not only did she let him in without an appointment, she took the time to answer his questions and help him with God knows what. I was extremely impressed. They were very friendly and eager to help. Dominguez was exceptional. You could definitely tell that they care about you as a person. Very highly recommend this branch!

I've always had great customer service at this branch. As far as Wells Fargo as a whole, my only complaint is their service fee on my checking account. Easy enough fix though. Direct deposit.

Open hours could be longer in the summer time and drive through is slow sometimes.

I'm giving this location five stars because Veronica is always awesome. However, I do want to communicate that this thing where the personal banker approaches you asking if there is anything he can help you with DOESN'T WORK. PERIOD. Nobody is going to want to talk to someone who does that, and it probably doesn't help for him to continue to stare at those in line either. It's not 1961, people know what they want and if they don't they will ask. I am probably going to leave your institution after decades because of the pressure upper management puts on locations to sell their existing customers products they don't want or need is just insane. This banker at this location asked me about a second mortgage back in 2015 when I didn't even have a first one. Food for thought, but I suppose if you're not hungry for the feedback it doesn't matter.

Bought a car from a guy and he wanted an officer at the bank to notarize the sale. She had him fill the title out incorrectly which cost me a bunch of time and extra paperwork. If they can't even do a simple task correctly I wouldn't trust them with a penny of my money.
