I showed up at 7 this morning. They were not open. I called the corporate office and they said they have no idea why they were not open. Seems par for the course with this location. I guess there's always CVS.

I went here at 1:30 to get some eye drops and couldn’t figure out what kind i needed so i asked the pharmacist what I should get for a scratched eye and she very rudely shouted “A DR’S VISIT” without even showing her face. She was very unhelpful and just rude so we talked to the girl at the counter about it and she told us they’re on break until 2. None of the windows or anything was closed when I asked her for help and she had just in fact gotten done helping someone else but was far too lazy to help me. My dad looked at the window when we were leaving at about 15 minutes later after googling and googling what I should get and she was just shutting the gate. All this over one small question about a scratched eye.

Normally I love this Walgreens. I’ve been waiting a week for a script to get filled. Finally started the process of filling it. 2 days later, STILL not filled. When I called the lady, (no name) told me they are not filling scripts now. They are doing Covid Shots and Tests. And they will get it filled “when they can”. Good thing this med is not a matter of life or death.

The only reason I give 3 stars versus 1 is there are some really nice associates at this location but the store itself is not coupon friendly and the shopping experience is meh compared to the other Walgreens around town.Unless shopping at the makeup section (the beauty consultant is super friendly at this store) or using pickup don’t bother with this location.

I called this morning to check on results of a Covid test I was required to have 72 hours before my flight. Couldn’t come sooner couldn’t come later. The 5 other people I’m traveling with received emails with their results yesterday(4/8). We were all tested within 15 minutes of each other on Wednesday(4/7).

Have always liked this store for the convenience, availability and price but their pharmacy is definitely top notch. Their entire pharmacy staff is doing an excellent job of administering the Covid vaccine. Even though they must be slammed with calls and appointments, they take the time to give outstanding service! Thank you for your help and patience.

We are always greeted upon entering the store, very nice touch. We LOVE Judy, she is such an asset! Its great having a neighborhood drug store.

Poor service from the manager Sabrina. The lady at the cashier was trying to help me with a misunderstanding with a yellow 'sale tag'. It happens that all the time a tag is misplaced you got to be arrogant to not give the client the sale price. Walgreens lack of customer service in several Davenport, IA locations.
