Very nice lady working at the front, i walked in told her what I needed, she immediately told me the aisle and location to find my product. I grabbed it checked out quickly and was on my way. My kind of shopping :)

There is something wrong with my prescription every single time I pick it up. 100% of the time. Absolutely awful. Who the hell is managing this place?

The Pharmacy is a nightmare! More often then not, I need to wait 3-4 days for my prescriptions! Also, you wait FOREVER in line in store and drive thru! I would recommend having more than one person at checkout.

I love this Walgreens location: the staff are ALWAYS extremely friendly and courteous and the curbside pickup is Awesome! They are wonderful at getting the order ready fast and curbside pickup is a breeze; so appreciated with the current Covid spike. I always mention to my family that there is a night and day difference between picking up and Rx at this Walgreens vs our nearby CVS--I have never seen a CVS employee crack a smile! Walgreens must be doing something right cause their employees' demeanor are NOTICEABLY superior to that of CVS, for real. Anyway---Great store to have nearby and I am impressed with their staff! AA++

The pharmacy is slow and has odd hours. Pharmacy hours are not store hours. I just took a break from work to pick up a prescription and found out the pharmacy is closed for lunch. No sign posted, had to ask the person at the checkout. They always have multiple people working, why can't they stagger lunches???

I've had to go in 5x to get one prescription, they couldn't find my insurance info when I had my number and group number, so I spent 30-45 minutes on the phone getting it. The second time I went in and they said they already had my insurance info but that my insurance was expired....the new insurance I had just obtained. This kept going on, I went to 2 doctors office and the lab and the lab sent me a bill that they had billed through insurance before Walgreens decided my insurance was active. In this time, the pharmacist yelled at me 2x for raising my voice on 2 visits. The 5th time I also brought in an email from my insurance saying it was active. When my insurance went through, they had already put my prescription back, because it had taken too long for me to pick up....and the prescription ended up costing the same as without insurance at all!

This Walgreens should not have a pharmacy, customer service is HORRIBLE! The automated service is a Joke, you will be put on hold for up to an hour just to get hung up on. You're better off going anywhere else other than here. Why are they always busy and they have like four people working in the department. It's poorly ran, poorly Managed if it was up to me I would fire everyone and start with a clean slate!

Slowest Walgreens ever and they usually tell you to come back but it's not ready even when you come back. Have never had a pleasant experience at this location. Will be switching to a different location to give them a try before transferring all my prescriptions somewhere else!
