Worst bank ever. Charges you $120 in overdraft fees for a $12 thing you purchased days ago. They also don't offer car loans, and will pull your credit when they know they're going to deny you any help. WORST BANK EVER.

Vibrant credit union is terrible, it has went down hill and I can’t wait to get my house paid off and I’m leaving this credit union. Only one window at the one by the NorthPark Mall and tellers want to hold conversations while it’s pouring down rain, no canopy, and 1 teller, takes forever to make a deposit or withdraw!

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR KEEP YOUR MONEY AT HOME!By far the WORST credit union. I have had nothing but bad experiences and borderline fraudulent practices from this company. They have horrible customer service. They are so comfortable with this behavior that they seem to be encouraged by management to have horrible attitudes. They just ignore you when you point out that something they do is different that what they original promise you to get you in the door. They do not care about their customers and will go out of their way to find ways to take advantage of you but will not go out of their way for any positive reason. If I could go back in time i would never have picked vibrant for my loan or personal banking. They were great in the beginning then did some restructuring and seemed to have fired everyone good that worked there. Now nothing left but miserable rude people that dont care.

It is ridiculous that the lobby remains closed . Trying to open new accounts is ridiculous. The phone system is impossible to navigate we had to call 6 times to pay off a car loan that had $2.64 left . Kept getting transferred to the wrong departments. Customer service is non existent.

Every time I've needed help or service, they've gone out of their way to help. All the reps I've spoken to have been super friendly and patient with me and I've recommended them to anyone who even doubts their current bank

My loan was a good process but trying to pay it is awful. I locked myself out of online due to trying too many times. I called for help and was told its best to go to branch to prove identity. Went to branch, lobby closed. Drove to other branch, lobby closed. Went to drive through and watched 5 cars that came after get service. I called number, on hold 10 min. Talked to lady who tells me its $20 to pay over phone. Told my story that I've spent 3 hours trying to pay. The entire tome it's taken me to google Vibrant and write a review I've been on hold. Not OK. I jave spent nearly 3 hours trying to pay calling, driving, driving, calling, on hold, talking, on hold, talking - pay.
