Horrible! If you want to get scammed out of hundreds of dollars and don't care if your phone works... this is the store for you! (This is what happened to me!) I should have read the reviews before I went here. Save yourself a LOT of headaches and money and go straight to the store on Elmore that's owned and operated by Verizon. I wish I'd never wandered into one of the Russell Cellular -run Verizon locations.

Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store! Signed up for a business account and have had nothing but issues. Store employees were friendly but either didnt know what they were doing or lied to us. We've spent more then 3 hours on the phone trying to get straightened out. I have to call again today, for yet another shut off notice after being told we had a $0 balance yesterday. Oh and only 1 of out 4 trade in credits are showing, its been over a month!

Ordered phone directly from store. Got phone call and email saying was shipped to store and waiting for us. Went to store twice and was told they don’t have the phone and know nothing about it and the young gal the ordered the phone wasn’t even working the day we came in. Told could not do anything to resolve the issue and could not help us despite having an order number, email, etc. Left and will try ordering from another store.

Awful awful experience. It’s been two months and I’m still trying to get my bill straightened out. It would take too long to write out all the issues I had on this review.Amanda helped me and no longer works there so possibly that was the problem.Do yourself a favor… go to another Verizon. This is actually ‘Russell Cellular’ which is supposed to be a partner store. Never again..

Fast and friendly customer service representatives. Was able to get everything fixed in 1 trip while he was alone helping multiple customers at once.

Very knowledgeable about the equipment and available plans.. Answered all my questions about a home hot spot. The store is at a somewhat remote spot (near the new sports complex in Bettendorf) so there were fewer people shopping and I didn’t have to wait at all.

It was great service. How ever, can't believe you buy the new pro iPhone but you also buy the wall charger for extra! That is absurd! It's like buying a new car but you have to pay extra for the key! ? they need to work on that.

Verizon is the worst cell service that I have ever had. Last night it took 25 minutes to watch a 6 minutes video presentation. Now I'm trying to port out my number to a different carrier. It's been over 14 hours and Verizon still has not completed the task. I go to the contact us link on the website it don't give me an option to contact them. Boo Verizon. Go somewhere else

Well one of their employees stole my phone and they still have yet to give me my trade in value credit. It has been 6 months. I should have never switched to them from us cellular! I also got charged twice on my bill. I never have had so many issues with a phone company. I have contacted corporate over 4 times and in person over 4 times to multiple stores. Not happy at all.
