They have skipped my house numerous times. They have knocked over xmas decor in my yard. Dropped packages at the end of my driveway. Today they delivered one of my two packages, even tho according to tracking both were on the truck. They are awful

Worst USPS I have ever been to. Inside the clerks refuse to help you customers and move incredibly slow. As far as their delivery drivers they refused to exit their vehicles to deliver packages. If it is a package that needs to be signed for they will leave it in your mailbox and not even attempt to deliver the package.

The Asian old lady who works here is extremely rude- doesn’t know how to speak with people- should be retrained or be moved.

Bryan helped us with 2 passport renewals today. We missed the walk-in hours, but he accomodated us anyway. He was the nicest, most helpful USPS employee we have met. Fantastic experience! Thank you!

I was told that I had to pay for priority mail when it was already paid for online. I had to teach them how to deal with online sales/prepaid labels.
I mean, all they have to do is scan my prepaid package and give me a receipt.
Unfortunately, the staff and workers are VERY behind with the times. Please train and get this post office staff up to par!
I’ve also had numerous returns of packages after dropping them off because they didn’t like the label that usps provided me. (Unfortunately, I have to go to Davenport for this now)
Be ready for arguments and conflict. They thrive on it. Hoping for more training on costumer service as well! Especially veteran employees.

Merry Christmas to the Post Office Lady who kindly rolled her eyes at me and HAD to let everyone know that they close in 5 minutes. We are all stressed too and did not intentionally make you stay late but cmon - the eye roll and attitude was not necessary. For myself - I apologize for letting you get to me.

They frequently don’t deliver my mail, deliver it to someone else in the neighborhood, or deliver mail to me for people that don’t live at my house.Walked in to pick up a package they held because it was too big for my mailbox (so leave it in the porch) at 4:57 and was yelled at to leave because they were closed. Not “Sorry ma’am, this is our last customer” or something. A woman wildly waiving her hands at me shouting “NO! WE ARE CLOSED! YOU LEAVE!”Well I wouldn’t be here if you would deliver my mail!

I just recently moved back to the QC area, more specifically Bettendorf. My condo is in a new construction area so I need to go to the post office on a daily basis since they’re not yet delivering to my address. Everyone behind the counter have been nice and friendly!

Every winter our lane misses getting packages because our driver won't drive up our hill. It seems as if it isn't 85° and sunny he isn't going to come up our hill and deliver our mail. We keep it plowed and salted, and no other delivery service or the driver who drives when it's his day off has any trouble coming up and delivering, ONLY HIM!!!! Time for him to get a flat route......
