Have been coming to middle road us cellular for a while these are the best employees I’ve worked with! Made sure me and my wife were taken care of. Even took time out of their days to make sure to get me the phone I wanted!

Employees seem apathetic or have a 'meh' attitude toward customers. Yes, they basically do what needs to be done, but....mainly just waiting to leave. I kind of understand the lack of enthusiasm for your workplace and all, but realistically, society can't run like this.

These guys arent a corporate store. Theyre locally owned and operated and you can tell by how good the service is. I was just in because walgreens didnt have my prescriptions ready and they were happy to answer my dumb questions. And they got the hookup at the cookie place next door. Never going to another us cellular only this store from now on.

My son and I went here while Walgreens was finishing up his prescriptions. Everyone was super helpful and they even transferred over all my apps to the new phone! Never had a smoother experience getting a new phone 10/10 would recommend
