I HAD INSURANCE THAT DIDN'T MEET THE STANDARDS OF GREENSTATE TWO WEEKS LATER I GOT THE REQUIRED INSURANCE. TWO WEEKS GO BUY I GET A LETTER SAYING I OWE 3,OOO FOR COVER COAST. THEY SAID MY NEW MONTHLY CAR NOTE IS 565.00 IT WAS 340.00. I TOLD THEM I COULDN'T AFFORD IT. ASKED IF THEY COULD ROLL THE (3,000) INTO MY CAR LOAN.THEY SAID THEY COULD. FEW WEEKS GO BY I GET A LETTER IN A MAIL WITH A CHECK WITH MY CAR NOTE PAYMENT 341.00. I CALLED TO FIND OUT THAT MY CAR IS ABOUT TO GET REPOED UNLESS I CAME UP WITH THE CASH TO STOP IT. SINGLE MOM OF TWO I CAN'T AFFORD IT. I THEN CHECK MY CREDIT THEY SAID I MISSED THREE MONTHS OF PAYMENTS WHICH IS A LIE!!!!!!!!!! I NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. THIS WHOLE THING STARTED LAST WINTER SO HOW DID I PAY THEN BUT MISSED LAST THREE MONTHS OF PAYMENTS. SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR MAKING MONEY THIS WAY.

Don't let the high praise reviews fool you. I recently bought a home and they sold my mortgage to another company not even a month after closing. The process of the mortgage was awful, little to no communication during the sale and they made demands for information with unrealistic deadlines. They were also dishonest with the interest rates, we chocked it up to simple miscommunication but that should have been our first red flag. They also insisted I open an account with their branch too. Long story short, they fluff their account holder numbers and sell your information. I closed the accounts and will never use Green State again. Way to make a customer feel scammed.

Will 100% be moving my loan to another bank. They tacked on a $2500 expensive "insurance" onto my loan without my permission when I had insurance through State Farm the whole time! The system they use to show proof of insurance is a joke and now I think I'm going to miss the deadline even though I submitted it on time because they "have more questions." Not a single email or any alert... only sent 2 letters in the mail like it's 1991. I've had this loan almost 3 years and got a new policy and forgot to submit a declaration page. Maybe try calling? You'll be hearing from me on Monday!!!
