I'll be honest. It started rough with a long wait but in the end it was worth it. Dr. Kari is simply amazing. He took the time to explain things and then gave me a shot to help with my pain. Hardly any discomfort with it at all. I highly recommend him.

If this is the direction all hospitals are going then there’s no hope for the humanization of medical careUnlike my previous stay nursing staff was great. My earlier stay was in the peak of Covid and night staff was neglectful,incompetent, and obviously stand ins.This time it was the pencil pushers trying to discharge me the day after surgery. This woman I’m not sure what her title was made me feel like it was the inquisition, her goal was nothing more than to see me gone and I felt attackedIt took me making it clear in no uncertain terms that I had at least a working knowledge of patients rights to end up being able to stay another day.As a 65 yr old woman who’s blood pressure went a bit wacky during surgery it was inexcusable to try to give me or anyone else the bums rush. Again, I can’t say enough about the nursing care I received but here was another case of putting profits above peopleYou have PATIENTS RIGHTS, ALWAYS ASK FOR A PATIENTS ADVOCATE

This is a building with many medical offices in it, including lab work and various physicians. The place is well kept. The doctor I visited was Nilish Mehta, and that office is professional.

Horrible staff here. Never return phone calls. Don't submit paperwork to insurance properly. Rude in person and when you do scripture get a call back, which only happens when you call the Patient Advocate and compliance about the lack of return calls. Appointment times are a joke- over an hour wait and Barb at the front desk makes a snider remark about not being a doctor's office so they run slow.

I have never met a more unprofessional staff in my life. The doctor has no clue how Wful his staff is with patients. First they couldn't find my records. Then one nurse refused to have a Medtronic Representative attend my meeting. The doctor said the Medtronic Representative was welcome to come in the room. The Representative had crucial information about my case to share. A week later I get a call from the office staff asking for my Medicare number. She said I couldn't have my operation until Medicare approved it so it could be November before I can maybe have my surgeryWhy didn't they handle this on Se623rdinstead of calling me on September 29th and asking for my Medicare number. I have had so much back pain for several years and this mess has prolonged the time for me to get help. I will never go back. I've never seen such incompetence.

This was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with Unity point. Not all departments are like this. The pain management and Dr. Kari was unprofessional in his approach at helping patients. I understand Dr. get busy. But to provide a statements about working long and not wanting to be there is frightening for patients. If you schedule to take off work a certain time, that’s the time you plan to get treated. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Maruti Kari

Unity point is the worst hospital . they do not care about patient care. All they care about is hounding the patients for money. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to my worst enemy. I wouldn't go here again if i was on my death bed.

Dr. Kari is number 1 in his field. He actually truly cares about you. He goes above and beyond to give you the upmost care. He is kind and never condescending. His only concern is you. I love this doctor and will never go somewhere else!

Dr. Kari and his staff are the best in the business. I've been seeing Dr's for my condition for almost 20yrs. I wish I would of found him sooner!

The staff is extremely helpful and nice. However every time I have an appointment I have to wait over an hour to get to a room and then another 30 minutes to see the doctor. I’ve learned to not have appointments after going to this office.

I love my doctor. Three times pain trigger point (best guess) injections haven't worked at all. Been going for years. My pain got so bad I went to the ER thinking I was having a miocardial infarction. At least they named the clinic correctly. Well maybe house of pain would be more accurate.
