Should be shut down.. horrible care, rude staff, and no communication to patients.

Patient went to unity point under the direction of their PCP with urgent concerns and has sat for over 7 hours thus far WAITING, to be seen, while other walk-ins taken right away. The ER staff is extremely rude in comparison to the other floors in the hospital !
