Helped me with Cigar selection,and we came out and she helped me buy a Nice Small Portable Humidor and Lighter ! Couldn't be Happier with Cigar Selection,Prices,and Especially "CUSTOMER SERVICE" ! I Buy All my Cigars there and any Accessories ! Great Store ????

I have never in my 54 years found worse customer service at a convenient type store in my life. And it's not one time it's consistently every single time mostly one person this one lady but it's multiple people that work there which follows directly on management obviously is run absolutely terrible. They can cure absolutely last about customer service

Absolutely the worst customer service, I ever seen in my lifetime, 2 women in the morning being sarcastic, about a reward card , Friday morning, I left without my cigarettes I spend a hundred there every week, and they think it was funny with smirks on their face. Sad way to do buisness making fun of the elderly. Shame on you 2.
