The customer service is solid. They delivered a hot tub that had a number of manufacturer defects and went above and beyond to repair and replace the tub in a timely manner in a very difficult location.With that said, as other comments elude to, the build quality and quality control seems lacking. Our pump went out, then something shorted out in the tub, and then the shell warped all within 4 weeks of ownership. They ended up completely replacing the tub, which was great.Customer service makes it worth it, but on build quality alone I think they have room for improvement.

Everything was great for the first year, or so I thought! Apparently there are leaks around the water fall light wires inside. Big, flowing leaks! So if more than one person gets in, it displaces water up to the level of the water falls. The entire lower wooden structure is now saturated, discolored and rotting! If this is by design, I should have been told that only one person at a time can use a six seat tub! Now I'm stuck with a $10,000 piece of junk, and still have to make payments.

My family has owned hot tubs 30+ years. We've always taken very good care of the spas, which have each lasted 15-20 years. Between 2017 and 2019, my parents, my neighbors, and myself all bought the exact same 2 person hot tub from QCA, and all 3 of us have had problems despite taking very good care of our hot tubs. We each spent nearly $3k each on the hot tub. Both my parents and I had to replace our hot tub covers after just 2 years because they were disintegrating. By 2021, the circuit board on our friend's hot tub stopped working - they spent nearly $1k to repair and replace it. Just 4 years into owning our hot tub, the entire wood base of our hot tub crumbled and has literally fallen apart - the hot tub is totally unstable and unusable. We checked the wood base of my parent's hot tub & they are having the same problem with a rotting wood base. When we contacted QCA, we learned the wood used to build the base IS NOT pressure treated at all. QCA customer service has been non-existent. The purchasing manager (initials are RM) is extremely difficult to get ahold of. After 2 months, he finally offered me a measly $150 to repair 1 hot tub, even though it will cost roughly $1k (labor & materials) to hire someone to rebuild a new base. The manager has stopped returning emails and he has never returned a phone call.I have asked multiple times to speak with the owner of the company and have never heard from him or her either. We have not been able to use our hot tub since January 2023 and it is now almost May - still no resolution or response from the company. I would strongly recommend that you NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - they have at least 2 formal complaints and 1 poor review with the BBB. Based on these other complaints, I know QCA will reply and say that some of my info is false, that I did not take care of my hot tub correctly, and they will "defend" their side of the story, etc. The bottom line is that QCA is not held accountable & does not take responsibility for poor quality products (ex - wood for a hot tub is not pressure treated, which seems like hot tub 101) or for their extremely poor customer service.

Incredible hot tub we just got from QCA. Well worth the wait and price. It far exceeds our expectations! We did the full internal lights LED in our 6 person hot tub and its incredible at night! Thank you QCA!

WOW is all I can say. Had a minor issue and just called for warranty service and BAM! Taken care of in less than 2 minutes. I have nightmares about other companies warranty proccesses but not QCA. This by far was the best and fastest help I have gotten! 100% recommended. We also love the hot tube :) ?

Wow! What awesome customer service this company has! We purchased our spa at the end of May. We received it towards the end of June, but because of prior commitments we were unable to fill it until this week. We finally filled it and everything seemed fine. This is our first spa so it is definitely a learning experience. All of the sudden the heat didn't seem to read correctly and it wouldn't heat up correctly. Also the low jet would run all of the time and we couldn't shut it off. We were so stressed thinking something was broken. The minute my husband told the representative on the phone what our problem was , the rep told us exactly how to fix it and that there actually wasn't anything wrong with out tub. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

QCA Spas are well made and definitely have support behind them. We have sold them for numerous years and can say nothing bad. We are located in Michigan and they withstand the winters here just fine. Eric is our point of contact and he always goes above and beyond to get answers or whatever is needed. 5 stars all day.

My husband and I ordered a spa Dec 17th and still have not received it. They told us we would have it in 4 - 6 weeks. They finally shipped it but has been sitting at a shipping company in Romulus, mi (fragilepak) for 4 weeks. Supposed to deliver it today but now saying the 19th. Which would be 4 months since ordered. If I could give 0 stars I would!

We have had nothing but a positive experience with QCA pools and spas. I'm honestly shocked by all of the negative reviews. Jim always answers our phone calls and texts promptly. Anytime we've had an issue with our pool they have been out that day or next. I would recommend them to anyone putting in a pool!

I have had a horrible experience with this company. They tried charging an additional $225 because they said that Silverdale was an island. We are a peninsula we are connected to the main land. Highly dissatisfied. If I could I would give 0 stars. Staff was extremely rude and yelled at me.
