I went there with a coupon that said synthetic oil Change including tire rotation pretty standard-it was $95 + tax so ok . They did it so fast (10 mins) I said to guy that checked me out they did a tire rotation that fast? He asked & “mechanic” who said they didn’t need it!? I’ve been to shops all over the country & never heard that before-stear clear of this place & especially coupon deals-you can get a plain oil change much cheaper elsewhere.

Was up there earlier today was going to go in and ask how much an oil change would cost and I heard the manager yell at one of his employees and call him names that would be considered hate crime because the manager forgot to do something I just left because I’m not going to have someone who is so mean to his employees touch my vehicle

I went in for a tuneup ended up spending an arm and a leg. Whoever worked on my truck broke a power steering hose.. Now I’ve been leaking for months everyone who knew about it is no longer working there. The new people there only put power steering fluid in it without fixing it. I don’t know who to call or talk to someone please help. I have to put fluids in every three days this is outrageous with all the money I spent there!!!! Spoke with a McKenzie from corporate she was the worst person ever just a horrible experience go somewhere else.. and it’s not my fault I live out of town and they fired everyone who knew about their mistakes now I’m out and dry please run!!!

They were fast and prompt to get me in. They were kind and knowledgeable in helping me and didn’t charge me for checking over my car just wanted me and my family home safe and we were 1/1/2 hours from home. Highly recommend and so thankful for them!

Just had a second "excellent" experience at QC Auto Service. The technician who helped me today was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, prompt and helped me right away. I want to express my feelings regarding my recent visit at the Bettendorf location. We had several inches of snow, the worst snow storm ever and I got a flat tire on Middle road!! Josh and Tanner took care of me immediately during my distress. Josh even talked with me a bit and calmed me down (even thou he didn't know I was a basket case). These 2 are a great asset to this company and I wanted to take the time to make sure EVERYONE knows this. I will continue to do business here from now on. Thank You both for caring about others in need!
