“The owner and employees at this UPS store are absolutely wonderful. They always treat me kindly and show unbelievable patience. Not only with me, but with all customers no matter how unorganized or frustrating they may be. Ramya is my absolute favorite when I'm able to have her as my representative. She is a model for all public representatives within the business community. She exudes patience and exemplifies a work ethic rarely seen in this new era.”
“I was always confident in this shop, and knew they'd take care of everything I had to send anywhere--overseas or stateside. For several years, this was the first choice for me when I needed shipping. They are always professional, friendly, courteous and careful with packing. I never had anything break when they mailed it for me. I retired in 2021 and moved out of state. If I could transfer this entire store down here to Tennessee, I would sure do it. Our post offices here locally close by noon every day. We don't have a Mailboxes or Goin' Postal store within 20 miles.”

“I have never ever been treated rudely by their staff. I do lots of returns from Amazon. I have my packages packed and barcode ready, so I make it simple for them. They always welcome me with a smile. I seen how frustrating/chaotic it gets in there between customers not understanding the procedures of a return for mailing. Maybe they have a few bad days, but no one is prefect . You get treated on how you treat others. Speak to them and wish them a happy day instead of getting upset over your confusion. They are a wonderful staff to me.”
“I love this store! Yes, it is busy but every employee is super nice and get my transactions processed quickly. I plan on always using this store. The worst part about this store is the parking over which they have no control.”

“They have turned this place around. Customer service is very good. Remember though they are a franchise and some of the things they're asked to do are not very renumerative. They are not employees of UPS directly. But they do a great job with a lot of traffic.”
