Update: A manager contacted me about refunding order via email. I provided the VIN from Ford, then no reply. So now 1 star for wasting my time.
No one ever stated the 150 pre order fee was non refundable. So minus two stars.Was a 2024 maverick per order.

Highly recommend Jordan Kirk on Sales! He was so knowledgeable on both vehicles we looked at, he made sure we new every single detail about our new purchase before we left the dealership, he didn’t pressure us into purchasing and he was phenomenal with our 5yr old! Was not satisfied with our finance experience as Jeremie gave off a negative attitude, was not personable, would only speak to my partner and treated me as though I didn’t exist or like he was scared of me, he didn’t listen to what we would tell him and he even missed getting an important signature from me that required me to come back at his demand. Overall we had a good experience and left happy!!

Always great service and a very friendly and responsive sales and service staff at Lindquist Ford in Bettendorf! I am always treated very well and can't imagine looking anywhere else for a new or used vehicle.

Gregg and Pete were transparent, no nonsense sales. I got the highest trade in for my car out of the 5 different dealerships I worked with. Everyone worked late on a Saturday to finish the deal and get me in my new MachE lease. It was meticulously cleaned and detailed to a showroom finish.

I had my vehicle serviced for three days when I got the car back. I noticed there was a sale on 24 month batteries and I asked the advisor Mike if the batters were on sale and he said I didn’t see anything so I showed him and he advised me That they put a 36 month battery in. I told him I wanted the 24 month price because he didn’t give me an option and he told me no when I got home. My fuse box lid was on top of the engine thankfully it didn’t go inside of a fan and caused more internal damage.
