“Sam, the GM- this girl knows her shit. She's is direct and honest, with a side of compassion. Most pawn shops have acquired a somewhat negative rap, due to the nature of the game. Myself, being a frequent 'pawner', I am experienced- through many cities, many pawn shops with many distinctive 'auras' if you will, about them.. This one happens to be close to my house- Sam has treated me like family along with her staff. I would recommend stopping here before all others. Have fun people!
Side note, Sam and her people have actually gone above and BEYOND for me.. Without going into too much detail, I found myself once on the other side of this game, finding my own property within the store, this girl and her staff were locked stock and loaded with the information I needed to get my shit back.. Alas, I was successful, due to this incredible staff, in getting my stuff back!! They deserve to be commended. As there's zero way that this type of customer service is listed as required in the job description.. therefore, I think they Rock the freaking house. thank you guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“A neat little store, that packs a lot into a very small space. Literally every inch of space is covered in some kind of rock or crystal. Yet it's not cluttered or disorganized, the employees are very knowledgeable about where things are and are more that happy to answer questions which is very important for an entry level collector such as myself. There's a couple of great bargain tables outside the door. Everything from $.25 to $10 for an entire box, keep looking because broken stuff ends up in there all the time.
Other LRAGS is one of the more metaphysical of the rock shops. So if that's your thing it is definitely the store for you. If you're really just into neat rocks, then it's just the right place to start out.”

I haven't worn it in 4 years as I was expecting it to cost several hundred dollars as it did the last 2 times I'd had it repaired at other jewelers. This time I brought it Insiredesign Jewelry and Mindy was able to explain what is causing the need to repeatedly repair it, what we can do to fix it and that she could have it safely wearable for a pittance! I was waiting for my fiancée to finish up shopping and standing in line for long periods of time is very difficult for me as im handicapped so I noticed the store had a folding chair propped up against the wall and I asked the associate if she minded if I sat down for a second while I waited for my fiancée and she very politely and friendly said ABSOLUTELY! Then when my fiancée was finished the associate knew I was having a hard time standing there so she quickly and politely cashed us out so I could get to the car and sit down! I will DEFINITELY be doing A LOT more business with this store in the future! Ohhh and did I mention their prices?!
