I went to the Bettendorf branch to get some change, I asked the teller why they didn't have any more help because of the construction, she said They just don't have enough help. Over the last two years I have had too many problems with them, there is no accountability from any one. They DON"T answer there phones, I hate that.

Not only is the service terrible but they don’t have a bathroom for their customers. I have a bladder disorder and it is against Disability rights.

Horrible customer service and long wait times. Used to be a decent bank. Definitely don't use them for business purposes they will keep on you and make you do flips for them.

Don't ever get a loan through this bank, it's a horror story, been to two branches with no results. Can't talk to a banker because there booked up, yet there sitting in the office drinking Starbucks without any customers in the office. This bank is the worst... They don't even deserve one star

If I could give zero stars, I would. Website says they open at 8:30am. That's it. 8:30am. Despite the fact the lobby actually opens at 9am. I fell on their icy sidewalk, right in front of the entrance. I called them, to A. Clarify the lobby time & B. tell them I fell. Their response? "Yeah, we open at 9, and, sorry, we have a company that takes care of that." Seriously? That's your response when a customer tells you they fell at your business? Didn't even ask if I was hurt. Wonder what their response would be if I had to call an ambulance. Or, was lying unconscious on the sidewalk. Way to even pretend you care about getting sued.

We took out a loan through this credit union when we purchased a vehicle. I do not recommend them. They do not give you a payment book or send out monthly statements. I guess they expect you to figure all of that out on your own. Everything is online. We simply don't want the hassle of having to set up an auto pay from another source, downloading an app, or having to log into accounts to transfer money. They charge you to make a payment over the phone. Their website says that their lobby is open but when you arrive there are signs saying that the lobby is open by appointment only.Bottom line, I find IHMVCU services to be confusing, inconvenient and not customer friendly. I reccomend banking somewhere else.

I have a real problem not being able to get a hold of customer service in a timely manner. I have two other credit unions, that I never have to wait on hold to talk with. IMVCU customer service is terrible.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!! Literally the WORST credit union I have ever banked with. I was a member for a long time and in the last three years the organization has gone down the toilet. Their mobile app works 20% of the time, calling for customer service I NEVER was picked up on by a banker I would have to go in. My card was frozen foe no reason, there was no suspicious activity, no compromise, but my account was locked hostage for two weeks and I had to go through 8 different people to get it figured out with no call backs to the status of my account. I had asked them to turn off my cars because i no longer use since I moved for college it and instead they left it open and paypal tried the wrong card so I have had an overdraft fee for several months bc a lower credit score is not F-ing worth dealing with this company. You’re all being paid wayyy too much.
