Thank you for the $75 arrangement plus delivery and tip for my mom's birthday... I even know carnations are not worth $75 (anywhere) I was kind. then I asked if they could replace the bouquet... here's what I got.Not happy. This is disgraceful. I called again and they came back, TOOK HER flowers back, did not refund me and gave her a dead plant. I'm embarrassed for you Hy-Vee.Would've rather given her money for groceries than EVER given flowers from you.Go designer or don't do it, unless you want thisSickens me to my stomach that this was even worth this much. Might as well go else where or designer. They at least care.

My husband and I had a very negative experience with one of the butchers at the HyVee on Devils Glen in Bettendorf on July 2, 2023, so I had posted a negative review of their butcher counter on Yelp. Management from that HyVee store reached out to us the very next morning and apologized for what had happened. They did make things right with us and so I am changing my negative review to a very positive one. This HyVee location clearly does care about the quality of service they provide to their customers. I highly recommend this HyVee location.

I was just in to return to return Halloween candy last night and I was accused of a money situation by an assistant manager. I asked for cash back since my mom give me her credit card. She didn't give me the correct cash. Then my mom came in and tried to calm the situation down. It didn't help. The assistant manager was not nice and rude and I won't return to Hy-Vee again.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Meat counter sucks, I stood there waiting to be helped but the three at the meat counter looked at me and IGNORED me and after a couple minutes a few other people came to the meat counter and they HELPED THEM FIRST AND NEVER HELPED ME!!!! I put everything back and left and went to Fareway. Screw this Hy-Vee and their rude employees.

I've never ran across since blatant ignorance of a store's own policies in my life. I tried to buy an additional gift card here for a late holiday gift, just like I'd done all season long using a credit card, and was told that was against their policy. KEEP IN MIND I literally just bought one here Sunday using the same credit card, I even showed the manager the digital receipt as proof! Yeah, I could have just used the debit card but I like the points, and I've ALWAYS done gift cards for family this way (I also use this method to fund my EBay purchase as EBay has issues with PayPal). Never been more frustrated. Stuff like this is the difference between HyVee and Fareway. Fareway folks actually know their own policies.

Love the Bettendorf Hyvee.Employees are always friendly.Their kitchen food is always delicious especially their Chinese.The new curbside pickup area is great!!!

Dear Shelly F , I am normally not one to comment....on any comments what so ever , but due to it being 5 am and a lack of 20+ hours of sleep due to work this is where I'm at. Perhaps you start finding the positives in your adventures and not seek out the negatives; I'm sure you don't actually understand the full affect they cause . might be nice to take a second enjoy being in the moment and realize you're out ordering food and being served on. 1 good review out of what your 5? They converted to full service, and they are in the weeds!!! We waited 1 hour, half the food was cold, and the waitress was green. The food was good, but we will never return!!!!!!

I was at the Bettendorf location on Tuesday and I must say, the employees there are the most friendly in the QC. I live by the Silvis location and they are sub par there.. sorry, not sorry. The Silvis employees don’t even talk to or look at you! Way to go Bettendorf!

This is not a grocery store, it’s a mini mall complete w nail salon, dsw and Claire’s, took me 15 minutes to find the hand soaps. No wonder they needed to tear down Governors to give themselves a mini hyvee for the parking lot. 2/10

I was going to grab a couple 20oz Mountain Dew's when I realized that I had sediment in the bottom of it. The cashier stuck up for me while the manager and a bag lady wanted to argue that I was basically seeing s***. I'm pretty sure she put them back in the refrigerator for sale. I would not recommend this place. Unless you want to get sick from drinking 20 oz Mountain Dew's

it is an absolutely wonderful HyVee my HyVee is West Locust. but we was at that end of town decided to stop I think we will be shopping there more often there was a wonderful man in the meat department that was helping me out I couldn't believe how he went out of his weight

I do like coming to this hyvee, but today I tried the shop online and pick and was not happy when I got home. i opened some of my bags and found that I had paid for a bag for shredded lettuce that half the bag is brown and watery. This bag should have been taken off the shelve. I also bought some plan sugar cookies as a nice treat that as I am looking at them i noticed has little dots of bright red on them (I am hoping it is food dye or sprinkles). Needless to say I will not be doing that again.
