Duck Creek Tire does it again! Amazing customer service by Rusty. DCT always does its best to accommodate our schedule and provides EXCELLENT service on our family’s vehicles. Staff is a knowledgeable, honest and extremely trustworthy! I HIGHLY recommend Duck Creek Tire and Service for all automotive repairs!!

I called at 5 pm with a completely flat tire, Keenan said bring it in we’ll get you taken care of! Friendly, fast, and it didn’t matter that it was close to closing time they were just worried about taking care of customers!

I called to made an appointment over a week ago so that they could have my wife's car on her day off. Rusty scheduled our appointment for 8:00am (1st one of the day). We dropped it off at 5:30am, filled out the envelope and dropped the key off in the mailbox. Called at 2:00 to check on her car since she needed it for work the next day. Mitch told me that they hadn't looked at it yet, but as soon as his tech finished up what he was working on they would get ours in. He told me he should have an answer for me with in the hour. We decided to pick it up. Not impressed with their customer service. Not even an apology or anything when I picked up the key.

The nicest and most efficient location to take your motorized vehicle or EVs. They didn't even scratch my powder coated wheels. My tesla rides and looks like a whole new vehicle. Great wheel and tire selection at very reasonable prices.

After reading reviews I chose Duck Creek Tire & Service to buy four new tires from. I had high expectations walking in and boy did they meet and then exceed them! They are super friendly and attentive. Mitch is the employee who checked me in and relayed any information the mechanic working on my vehicle had. Which he had to do part way through my visit. Apparently I also had a wheel bearing loose and that would need to be fixed before they could do my alignment. He also said I could schedule that for a later date, which was nice as most shops pressure you to get other work done that day.The waiting area is nice with comfy couches(though if you’re wearing slick leggings be prepared to slide down while you’re sitting there lol). They even have a separate children’s area with lots of books, toys and a tv! If you have young children, you can let them play while you have a quiet moment to yourself enjoying some complimentary coffee from their Keurig. They have quite the selection of K cups! There’s a decent selection of magazines to peruse while you wait and also another tv. There’s also a candy machine but the selections there need to be filled and updated (no biggie and certainly not something to loose a star over, just an observation(maybe throw some Nerd Gummy Clusters in there *hint hint*)) 10/10 would highly recommend and I forsee myself doing business with them again in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone I hear of that’s looking for a good, trustworthy auto shop!

This is a great shop to take your vehicle to for honest, quality work. They are family owned and operated and really care about keeping you as a long-term customer by providing outstanding customer service and competitive pricing. They will actually show you what is wrong with your vehicle and give you options. I also love that the owner is a local guy who is very involved in our community.
