Every DG boasts coupons. But it takes 20 minutes to load the app set a password get a code and then clip a 1.50 coupon to buy laundry soapIt worked for one of 5 times for me. The cashiers never know what to do except charge customers as they do not use the app nor know how to work it. We were overcharged 1.50 today after wasting time adding the app and going through all the steps. Not our first attempt. Have tried numerous times in the past at several stores. No one knows how it works. Please stop advertising digital coupons if cashiers do not honor them and are not able to assist in check out issues. Way too frustrating. You owe us 1.50 today DG! I still have the coupon clipped in the app and receipt showing no 1.50 savings
