Like most of the reviews, they have no TV, breakfast, or pool, contrary to what the website says. Appreciated the cheap rate, but you definitely get what you pay for here. Staff was friendly. Hotel was rated a bit too high.

The room is pretty good but they need to do a better job of telling you the pool isn't available. Once you're in the room you'll realize the TV isn't working which kinda sucks. In addition to that there's a sign while checking in saying that breakfast isn't available due to the trucking company not delivering products. I'm truly disappointed with this establishment. If I were you I'd stay somewhere else.

I gave this place a 1 star only because there was not a 0 star option. Booked for volleyball tournament, showed up to check in on Friday night, March 8th, 2024. Upon check in, we were told the tvs are not working, pool is closed, breakfast and coffee no longer available. Front desk hotel employee stated we could cancel and receive full refund due to the circumstances. We cancelled. Front desk employee stated he sees we have TWO reservations, one for a regular room for two nights and another 2 nights in a suite. I explained there should've only been 1 reservation and confirmed both are now cancelled.We stayed at a different hotel down the road with clean rooms, working TV, open/clean pool, breakfast etc. Sunday morning, March 10th I received an email from Sonesta Select stating a charge for $397.54.I tried calling the phone # listed for the hotel, which was not working. Drove there to speak to staff to clear up what's going on. This time we were told we had 3 reservations and that one of the 3 were canceled!! This employee called another employee to help assist us. This employee told us we have FOUR reservations. I explained what happened Friday night and what we were told. I requested to speak with a manager, was told she will be in between 12 and 200pm. They suggested I call her, I explained it's impossible when their phones don't work. I had to prove to him that their phones are not working. After the vball games were done we went back to the hotel in hopes to speak with a manager or at least someone who speaks clear English. Once again, she wasn't there.Employee told us she was mistaken there was not 4 reservations, there were 3. She said she called the employee that worked on Friday and that he told her that he told us to call and cancel the other 2. #1 he said there were 2 reservations & said he cancelled both of them!!!I left my phone number for management to call me back. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau and arbitration for our credit card charges.Do NOT book at this so called hotelI'm still waiting for the call from the manager.Still waiting as of 3/19/24

As many other people have stated this is Not a 3 star hotel and you should NOT book here. The pool is out of service, they aren't currently serving breakfast, the cable isn't working, the halls, walls and elevator are a mess, and the trash hasn't been changed in the lobby or outside. When we checked in we were told the pool was put of service, and they aren't currently serving breakfast. We were never told about the cable not working, even though there were complaints about it a couple weeks ago. One of our rooms hadn't been cleaned and the other didn't have working heating/ac or TV. Upon complaining about the rooms we were issued new ones which still weren't clean. If you're looking for a low rated cheap hotel this is for you, but if you are looking for a cheap nice hotel this ain't it! Advertising doesn't meet 3 star hotel standards!!

I travel for a living. This hotel has absolutely zero to offer but a bed. Where do I start? How about there is no TV service, showers don't drain, toilet runs all night, they do not serve breakfast at all, their washing machine doesn't work, pool is out of service, floors are dirty, there is no way you can call this a renovation. Absolutely ridiculous that you do not tell customers these problems when you check-in. Now they are giving me a hard time about getting my money back. Told me to wait till 11am for them to give me an answer of if they will.DO NOT CHECK IN HERE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! You need to reimburse the customer if you do not provide a service or services. Your hotel has only met 1 of the 5 criteria to call yourself a Hotel!Rooms: Rooms are ok. Showers do not drain. Toilet makes noise all night. No Tv service. Charged for a bed and Solitude is all you get.Food & drinks: They do not serve any food or coffee.Noteworthy details: Not supplying adequate services to be called a Hotel.

The rooms were beautiful. Very clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Their was no soap in the room, but that didn't bother me. However the customer service is the worst customer service I have ever had at a hotel. When I arrived and checked in the front desk worker didn't seem to care that I was their. She seemed to want to get me my keys and have me go away. Which is fine, but it felt very awkward. One morning of my stay I went downstairs to the exercise room and my key dosn't work. (That's fine, stuff like that happens, I get it). What put me over the edge was when I went to the front desk to get the key card fixed and NO one was at the desk. I rang the bell for assistance, nothing. I even called the hotel from the front desk and the answering machine said the inbox was full!! I waited at least an hour, and another guest with the same problems waited about 2 hours. We eventually called the Bettendorf police to help is access our rooms. It's not worth the comfortable bed to stay at this hotel, I can find clean rooms and comfortable beds at other hotels. This has been ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel.

I have been here almost 2 weeks and it seems no one is ever at the front desk. I have asked multiple times for new towels, coffee packets, and bed sheets and still haven't gotten anything. Everytime I call front desk or go to the front desk in the early afternoon of morning no one is there.

We only stayed here as it was a Stay to Play tournament weekend for Volleyball. The lot was not plowed when driving in, ruts everywhere making it difficult to drive through and your chances to tap a parked car higher. The first room we were provided didn't have working heat. Room changed to a single King size with pull out. Room was okay, out dated, carpets very old. Pictures on the site don't completely represent the rooms. The ovens were not working so they didn't offer any breakfast as advertised. When I went to report the no heat in our room, the lady pulled out a clipboard with 2.5 sheet of issues with rooms just from that day with all the parties checking in for the STP event. I would not recommend this hotel for longer stays. is rather difficult to find my GPS didn't take me to the hotel but the next block over.Rooms: Out dated and not very clean.Safety: Side doors were left unlocked and no key card required to enter

Pool, hot tub, dryer and ice machine were all out of service the week I was there. Since I had washed my clothes, they did dry them and fold them for me for free, which was awesome. The parking lot was a bit sketchy and two of the side doors locks didn't work. One of the employees creeped me out big time but the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was even gonna stay here another week but they randomly raised the rate by $40 or so for the following week so I found a new place.

Wasted my points by booking a weekend here for a family event.Was told at check in that breakfast was 7-10, went to eat and was told no breakfast. Could have stayed at Ramada and at least been able to eat for the same price.Hot tub in pool room is out of service and room smells like mold.Several trees are down around the building blocking part of the drive, had I not arrived during daylight would more then likely run into one.I contacted my credit card company and I'm attempting to move due to the dirty state this place.Stay away.Food & drinks: Non existing

Ok I am confused. When we checked in yesterday, we were told there will be breakfast. I just came down for breakfast and was told there is no breakfast. LOL. What a joke. And I am HANGRY!!! Do better!
