Horrible refund policy for someone who travels for a living. If you check out early they keep your money and will refuse to refund. You pay in full on check in and if your job gets completed early you lose your money for the rest of your booked reservation and Choice rewards are no help. I will never stay at this Clarion Pointe hotel ever again and neither will the other GE employees that I know that service Quad cities Nuclear plant. Ill also be sure to mention their policy to over 2000 extra people that show up at least twice a year for weeks at a time to help service this power plant.P.s. Dont stay here

What a horrible experience. The room was disgusting. It smells so badly, like musky and damp (probably mold) and there are stains/spots on the bedding. When I talked to the front desk about switching to another room because we have 2 young children, they told us we could not because we had been there for an hour and therefore would not give us a different room. We spent all of about 10 minutes in that room because it smelled so bad and I am scared my kids are being exposed to mold. We then went to another room that the rest of our family was staying in before going to try to get another room. Their room was okay. It didn’t smell near as bad but still had staining on the bedding. Overall experience was not pleasant and the staff here are very rude and inconsiderate.

Rude staff. Falsely advertised a king suite showing a jacuzzi in room, but when i checked in they told me there would be an additional 100$ needed for that room. Reluctantly I paid it, and when entering my room the first thing I noticed was a smashed spider dried up on the ceiling.... towels weren't clean, and I had to scrub the jacuzzi myself before use. And I asked to speak to management or the owner of the facility and they replied with "Sorry"Very unpleasant experience. I will not be going back there.

The staff here are wonderful. The rooms are clean. The lot has been clear and maintenance has been on top of repairs. What else can you ask for!?

We moved in from December 19 to December 20, 2023, room 106. The room is excellent, clean, large and comfortable. The room has two large beds, a microwave, a refrigerator and a TV. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Beautiful hotel, New Year's decorations in the lobby. New Year's mood. The towel is white. The parking lot is large. There are many shops around. I recommend it.

I was impressed as soon as I pulled in the parking lot and I saw the very nice patio. The lobby and dining area was spacious and clean. Then when I got to my room it was very clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels. This is by far the best motel I have stayed in. This will without doubt my go to place when I’m in the Quad City Area!!

For the price, this is a very nice place. Rooms were clean. Bed a little soft, but comfortable. A slow-draining sink was the only issue. Breakfast is lean, but for the price we paid many hotels do not offer breakfast.The first time you turn on electric heat for the year, you are going to get a terrible smell of burned dust. We were the lucky ones to turn on the heat for the first time. Fortunately, the windows open, and this was a lifesaver.

If I could give a minus I would!!! Complete disaster. Being a DIAMOND MEMBER I was given a standard room, which is what I booked, but was informed I would have a upgrade to a SUITE. As I was checking in my credit card was charged 442.45 suddenly I was told by the young man who's English was a little hard to understand that that room wasn't available anymore, I was a little bewildered but I was super later checking in so I said ok as I was very tired from 5 hour flight and a 3 hour drive. As the young man got me the correct room, I was charged 442.45 a second time well my credit card declined it which kudos to them as with most CC a second charge of the same could be fraud, so I used a different card and was charged 442.45. As I get to my room things went from BAD to WORSE the bathroom tub had mold all around it, hole in the wall, chair broke, room smelling like animals, carpet filthy, tv wouldn't turn on then it wouldn't turn off once on and top off I woke up the next morning to a rash all over my body. The next day I asked have a different room as there was so many issues with my current room. I was told I had to speak with the manager, so I left my name and number because she wasn't in until noon. Well noon came and went" no call from manager"as I was doing presentations all day and didn't get back until late to the hotel again, so once again I asked for a different room and I had to speak with the manager to get one. Day 2 woke up more rashes all over my body and a smelly room. Left my name and number again to be called, no call . So in between presentations I called to speak with the manager, hummmm she's not in I left a message that I need another room, I also let the front desk know after checking,I was charged the 442.45 on both my cards so I need a refunded on the first card. Well after a whole week of waiting on the manager to call me, I'm wondering if they even have a manager. This is by far the worse stay I've ever had here, last year I had to endure a racially, charged counterperson insulting the cleaning staff, and cannot believe the manner in which this situation has been handled. I will find another hotel the next time. I also can't believe the way this hotel is run I expect better! STAY AWAY!!! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!

The rooms were very disgusting. There were bugs everywhere. They were even warm eggs everywhere it was just horrible. Breakfast sucked. Pool area were too hot in there. It’s just disgusting.

I arrived this past week in August for a work trip from Cedar Rapids, I came to check in and the lady didn't understand how to check me in. I personally as a young adult did not feel safe there at all! If I was a female there it would be even worse, I proceeded to check in and first thing I did was look for any messes in the room and pulled the bed out from the wall to a dead nest of bedbug eggs. I wasn't even in the room for 5 mins before I left and decided I would rather sleep in my bed.
