“Great shop. We were driving through Davenport when our Check Engine light turned on. It was the day after July 4th and not many garages were open. Fortunately, Mitch’s was open and they checked the codes to see if anything was seriously wrong. They found a possible problem with the catalytic converter or O2 sensor. They explained that we could make it to Connecticut safely but would need to have the exhaust system checked out once we get there. They were so nice they didn’t even charge us for the service they provided. I recommend them highly!”

He was so knowledgeable on both vehicles we looked at, he made sure we new every single detail about our new purchase before we left the dealership, he didn’t pressure us into purchasing and he was phenomenal with our 5yr old! Was not satisfied with our finance experience as Jeremie gave off a negative attitude, was not personable, would only speak to my partner and treated me as though I didn’t exist or like he was scared of me, he didn’t listen to what we would tell him and he even missed getting an important signature from me that required me to come back at his demand. Overall we had a good experience and left happy!!”

“My husband and I were in the area over the weekend when our car started overheating on highway 74. We made it to the TBK bank parking lot on Sunday evening where we left it for the night. Bright and early the next morning we started calling repair places. The first one we called was closed on Mondays but he said that if he needed his car fixed he would go to Friendly Auto, which was just a block down the street.
We called and they got us in and back on the road home to Michigan by 5 pm that day. Thankfully it was only a hose blowout. They lived up to the name Friendly in more ways than one! They are the auto shop recommended by car guys in the area and by stranded Michigan motorists! Thank you for your wonderful repair and customer service skills. If we could have given more than 5 stars we would have!”
“My low tire pressure light came on while driving in the rain to Bettendorf to visit my Mom. I didn’t know where to go but happened to pull in and Brian was so nice and took care of filling my tires and even helped recalibrate the dash so the light went off. “My brakes AND tail light warnings went off within two days. Took it to QC Auto at 18th & 53rd in Bettendorf. They did a spot-check and said just the rear brakes right now (and obviously the tail light bc it was out), but didn't try to talk me in to the front brakes that have a bit more life. Or anything else. They fixed rear brakes as promised for the price quoted. AND changed my tail lights for free bc I had bought the bulbs and they were in my car! Funny bonus - I went to get gas after I picked it up and when I got back in the car it smelled GOOD (like there was some air freshener in there or something) instead of like grease! Going back there for sure!”
