Big gal in the white jacket working front end acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I asked a question she ignored me and I had to ask her several times to finally get an answer over the medium cups to do a 99 cent summer soda that they’re out. She wouldn’t let me do any other size to get the deal. Didint bother helping me or even looking at me. I’ve worked retail and managed Menards for a year. I never act like that to customers. I smile and make sure to help the guest. If you don’t like working there or act like it, pick a different profession. My visit/purchase was at 5:20 pm on August 27th 2024, bought a chocolate muffin and a plain donut. I’d love to have a talk with her. I’d rather fix the problem than avoid this Casey’s as I stop here to work on homes a few times a month.

I ordered a large specialty pizza tonight and my online order showed original crust. However, after getting home I discovered we received thin crust. Please double check your orders when making the pizza. Not everyone likes thin crust.

Stopped from out of town for a breakfast pizza. After getting my slice and drinks the lady at the checkout tells me “you can’t use that” referring to my credit card while checking out in a fairly rude tone. Tells me cash or check only as if I was supposed to know this. Their card reader is apparently down and when I ask about using the ATM she tells me that’s down too. So she says she will take care of my things. Including the pizza I touched, got out of the rotator and put in a bag. At this point you might as well of at least given me the pizza that needs to go in the trash. Unless of course she put it back in the thing. Wouldn’t be surprised though. Maybe find a way to let customers know this prior to checking out.
