The rooms at the hotel are fine. My only suggestion for improvement is to have a coffee maker in the rooms. I gave it 3 stars for service because of the lack of communication about events. The NYE event closed dinner ticket sales at a specific time only communicated on social media. I ended up buying the $25 tickets for an 8pm show that didn't start until 9pm and didn't realize was standing room only. I would absolutely have paid the $65 per dinner ticket had I known there was a deadline and had I known that was the only way to get a chair for the evening.

We stayed in the RV park. Everything was meticulous. We had a beautiful site on the Mississippi River and really enjoyed our downtime. We also visited the restaurant for fish fry Friday and it was a lot of fun. The office staff handling RVs were excellent as were the restaurant staff. Highly recommend!

Waiting 2 hours for fish tacos and cheese curds sounds like too long to me. Paying top dollar for food and drinks should mean top service. Not the case here. Very disappointing. If you have any other choices take them.

I have never worked with a Hotel that attended to details like Kari and her staff. Over a year of planning and great communication allowed our final night to be a huge success. From that check in to bag delivery and servicing our members, Kari's staff was on top of every detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and especially to motorcoach groups wanting a "Hidden Treasure" destination. Kari went the extra mile in making sure all our our needs were me. Our views, rooms, food, breakfast, time around the firepit, pool were all above and beyond what we expected. It made our final night celebration one that we will always remember. Thank you all including the fabulous final night dinner in the Off Shore Bar and Grill! We appreciate you all

I have been working with Kari from Off Shore Inn for more than a year preparing for our stay at Off Shore. From day one Kari has been responsive to every call I have made. We brought our motorcoach of 50 senior citizens for our final night of our tour. Kari and her staff were on top of every detail. The check in when perfect and the people loved the view and rooms. Our dinner at the Off Shore Bar and Grill was fabulous complete with Cherries Jubilee to top off our tour to Door County! Kari went the extra mile to make our stay one we will never forget. Many of our members are planning to come back with family to this "Hidden Gem"...including myself! I can't say enough for all the attention we had even with S'Mores at the firepit after dinner and an awesome hot breakfast. I personally wanted to stay a few more days. Thank you to Kari and her staff! We give you a 5 Star++ rating! See you again soon!

This is what $200+ a night looks like. Offshore "resort" offered no resort, bar was closed, hotel was dirty and employees were completely unprofessional. If this were a super8 I would understand. The door lock was broke and we were scared we would get robbed the whole time. There were people shouting in the lobby when we arrived one of them was a employee. Total rip off!

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at OffShore for a vacation! We enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, large suite, continental breakfast, free parking, and attached restaurant and bar! We stayed in November and cannot wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor water park too! Thanks for having us OffShore!

Excellent location for a family reunion. Our hotel room is large and immaculate. The staff is friendly and helpful. The river is amazingly beautiful at this location. Our family dinners were held at the American Legion in town 3 miles away.

Half a role of toilet paper in bathroom. No extra roll in room. Had to ask front desk. No help was available for sound out on television. Wanted to charge security deposit for secretions on sheets,said towels in the room were green, and room stunk after we left. If it took a few hours to get to room, garbage ???? in room left there, food garbage , diaper left in trash, wet towels on bathroom floor from pool fermenting in a hotel room for an hour or more, what did they expect? I'm questioning if they change the sheets after every guest, and really sanitize surfaces, and really clean . I used to clean hotel rooms. Little kids in hotel rooms meant, well this one will take some time. To bad too. Beautiful place, and facility. Badly ran. Service sucked. I picked up they had revolving door on managers and staff. Notifications on lobby front desk on no maid service in rooms while staying multiple nights. Ask front desk fir extra linens. When I cleaned hotel rooms, we had occupied rooms and unoccupied rooms. Which meant people were staying in room, but wanted a refresher. I think I remember hotel giving that as a courtesy? Maybe it was a more upscale hotel? Offshore looks like it would be upscale, but looks must be deceiving. Sad, it's a beautiful place.

Beautiful location, great service. All and all this is a solid choice if you're in the area and can snag the rooms for a bit under the listed rates. Breakfast offered is pretty typical for a hotel so not great, but otherwise the Offshore is great.The adjoining restaurant is a perk too, though it's a bit pricey for average food.

Room was ok but very expensive. Extremely slow service at registration and restaurant. Great view of the river but the screened porch was a detriment. No room cleanup for our entire stay. Inadequate supplies of toilet paper, coffee, shampoo and soap in the roof, particularly since we stayed 4 nights and the supplies lasted less than 1 day.
