Some of the employees are very good at there job. They know what they are doing and try to help you out and they make Shure the store is clean. But then you have some that don't cair they act like it is a waist of there time to be there. Some bring there personal life to work and complain to customers about there life and work. Make Shure you check your order befor you leave and make Shure the chicken is cooked all the way.

Super friendly people have great food this is what I think of when I think of small town service plus you can sit down and eat inside it's a local hangout for all ages plus they have Chester's chicken

i was going to fill up my gas tank. i waited for them to turn on the the pump. for about five minutes before the girl came out to tell me that the new company policy was that i had to bring in my id. or use my debit card before she could turn on the pump. battle creek ia. is a small town, if thier employees arent reliable enough to do their jobs and watch the pumps then i will take my business elsewhere

Terrible food!! I used to work for sparkys and this place is terrible. Since the last manager left. Rude employees! Don't eat the food!

No service and rude children as employees. A health department nightmare. Nobody has died of food borne illness. ..YET!
