When I found this shop I was excited. This was the closest shop that was associated with Exmark ( my mower brand). Started out pretty good answered the phone I told him my issue he told me that what I was needing fixed would probably be done by next Friday, sweet! That was not the case every single time i called he was "on a service call". Finally after two weeks of having my mower he started working on it. Having to call him weekly to ask for an update, which after being able to reach him I found text to be better. After having my mower for 5 weeks I called and informed him I was having to barrow a mower from a buddy which was costing me money to do so. He offered to provide a loaner mower if he was not done by the following weekend. Finally got my request fixed he started to find other things to repair "for my benefit, to prevent future issues" and proceeded looking into electrical problems without a schematic present ( more on this later). None of which were the reasons I brought it in for. However I found funny there was time to do so after 5 weeks along with being so busy with the mountain of service calls. He called me and gave me a rough estimate of a certain amount. Then when I came to pick up my mower the bill went up by 1/3 the added on price being $205.00 the day of. I pick up the mower and he runs through the list of everything, told me about an issue that was new issue called "dieseling" also about taping off two electrical wires he found not connected. I leave after expressing my gratitude for fixing my request but I was no where close to happy about the surprise addition to the bill the day of.The next day I go to mow with my "ready to go mower" get an hour in and it starts to over heat... I requested information on what it could be and was given thoughts on where to narrow it down to. The temperature guage was not working correctly and he texted me saying he was pretty sure it was a green wire. After ordering new parts to put on I looked up the electrical schematics myself. The temperature guage is orange wires, the green is for the right side motion control. I would have guessed a shop that decided to look into electrical that was not requested would at very least reference the diagram. After informing him of my findings we have a back and forth over text on how it was more my fault than his. Pushing more blame off on the fact that it was a mower that has clearly been worked on before him, also in the same text stating " If I wanted it fixed correctly I should have called and told him to do so."Conclusion: Avoid this shop at all cost. You money will be better towards the gas it would take to drive somewhere else hands down. I am still working on my mower 2 weeks after getting it back and still not working properly. Take my warning please.

Tyler had my tractor for 5 months. It needed some pretty serious repairs which he was completely aware of. On my initial phone call he told it would be 2 weeks maybe 3 before he could look at it. Perfectly acceptable to me. More and more time went by without hearing from him. I checked in periodically and he always seemed to have something more important or pressing to deal with. LONG story short, in 5 months, he did absolutely NOTHING to my tractor. I heard every excuse in the book. Then, when he got to the end of the book, he just started over with the same excuses all over again. Since then, I've heard many similar horror stories about his shop.Seemed like a nice enough guy, but excuses don't get the job done. Don't walk away from this guy...RUN!!
