I've been to this salon two times, both with Sarah. Both times I had to ask her to sweep up her last clients hair clippings! Gross! My appointment was first thing in the morning, and I noticed all the trash cans were full of yesterday's hair! Yuck! If they can't empty their trash cans, do you think they are appropriately cleaning other product's like their combs?! Probably not. .. Both times I went in and asked for a color, Sarah never showed me any options, she just disappeared put whatever shade of that color together, and then put it in my hair. My second time I got my hair done, I got charged $40 more than the first time, which no one told me would happen when I called to schedule my appointment, she didn't engage in conversation with me during my 3 hour hair Dye job, she clawed my scalp with her nails when she washed my hair out, and to top it off, the very first time I washed my hair, half my red came out! I've had black hair with red highlights done for my hair for years and in many different salons, and I've NEVER been charged the extra $40 to lighten before the red, I've NEVER not been given the option of what color red I'd like put in, and I've NEVER had the color almost completely wash out in ONE WASH!!! until now. When I go to the salon I expect to be pampered and spoiled, but here I felt neglected, scammed and ignored. Never going back.?
